JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a professional Chef de Partie to amaze the patrons of our establishment with excellent cooking according to the chef’s recipes and specifications. Your work will be an important factor to a client’s contentment. The ultimate goal is to expand our clientele and reputation to ensure long-term success.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise and coordinate activities of Chefs and kitchen staffs.
• Determine how food should be presented and create decorative food displays. Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish to be served. Monitor the quantity of food that is prepared. Inform Food & Beverage service staff of menu specials and out of stock menu items.
• Prepare special meals or substitute items.Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes. Monitor stock of kitchen supplies and food. Maintain kitchen logs for food safety program and food products. Ensure the quality of the food items and notify manager if a product does not meet specifications.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.Protect company assets. Address guests service needs.

We are seeking a new graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conceptualizing and developing creative design concepts, graphics and layouts.
• Design brochures, logos, signage’s,branding materials, advertisements, digital media contents and other communication materials.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years experience as a graphic designer.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking to hire a hard-working and efficient commis chef to prepare meal ingredients for the chef de partie and assist with various kitchen duties.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Accurately measuring meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie.
• Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.
• Preparing basic salads and sauces as directed by the Chef de Partie.
• Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.
• Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor of low or depleted supplies.
• Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers.
• Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that workstations are properly sanitized.
• Plating and presenting meal items as per the Chef de Partie’s instructions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•Degree, diploma, or certification in culinary arts is advantageous.
• Proven commercial kitchen experience.
• Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
